Where can I find information about trading instruments in cTrader?
All details about trading instruments are accessible within the cTrader trading platform. Simply right-click in the "Finder" window in the "Trader" section on the left menu. Right-click on the desired instrument and select "Symbol Window" to find information about minimum/maximum trading volumes, swaps, trading hours, etc.
How do I change the language on cTrader?
To change the language of the cTrader trading platform, click on the "Cogwheel" in the bottom left corner, then select "General" in the white tab. The first option allows you to change the language.
How do I log into the cTrader trading platform?
Login credentials (email and link to create a password) are generated by cTrader when you create an account via Propywise. These credentials are sent via a Welcome email to the email address you provided during registration. There is only one password for all cTrader accounts linked to an email.
How do I display all trading instruments in cTrader?
After logging into cTrader, click on the three lines in the top left corner, go to "Trade," and select "All Symbols." Here, you'll find all available instruments.
Can I use cTrader on my mobile device?
Yes, cTrader is available for both Android and iOS devices, allowing you to trade on the go. Download the mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Why Can’t I Open a Trade in Propywise cTrader?
To troubleshoot common trading initiation issues, consider the following steps:
Checking Connectivity: Ensure your connection is active by observing data updates in the bottom right corner of cTrader and chart movements, indicating a successful link to your trading account.
Verifying Order Volume: Make sure your trade volume meets the platform's minimum lot size and step lot requirements, and check that you have sufficient free margin to carry out the trade.
Understanding Trading Hours: Review trading hours in cTrader by right-clicking in the "Finder" section under the "Trader" tab on the left menu. Select an instrument and choose "Symbol Window" to view its specific trading schedule. cTrader is equipped with features such as advanced charting tools, level II pricing, one-click trading, multiple order types, and a customizable interface, alongside support for algorithmic trading through cAlgo.
Note: Trading activities are suspended during the nightly liquidity transition from 23:59:00 to 00:05:59 (cTrader server time), which could affect your ability to open, adjust, or close trades.
Unstable or Slow Internet Connections: An unstable internet connection can disrupt your trading activities. It is advisable to verify your internet connection with your Internet Service Provider or your system administrator.
A low bandwidth connection might cause cTrader to restart the login process or fail to maintain the connection. If your connection bandwidth does not support a stable connection, cTrader may log out and attempt to reconnect to a proxy with lower latency. This is a built-in safety feature, so checking your connection and logging in again is recommended. Traders with multiple charts open should ensure their internet connection has enough bandwidth to support their trading activities.
